AKIRA® is into manufacturing and supply of Socket Fusion Welding Jack for various Polymer / Plastic Pipes and Fittings (i.e. PP, PPH, PVDF & Polypropylene Random Copolymer)

 

Features :

AKIRA® has designed the jack considering the fact that higher diameter Polymer Pipes and Fittings gets unreliable joints when joints are done manually with handheld machine hence AKIRA has developed this Jack to provide durable and leakproof joints with standard pressure required to join higher dia pipes and fittings for critical application

Featuring a Machine body with Aluminium clamps for locking the pipes, a self-centring clamp for locking the fittings with Steering, an extractable socket welder with temperature regulator, fitting holder and a special bench vice so the machine can be used on a work bench with Steering to reverse and forward the Pipes and Fittings.
